Azizi is best known for multi-phase master communities like Azizi Riviera in MBR City and the waterfront community Azizi Venice in Dubai South, alongside iconic individual towers like Burj Azizi on Sheikh Zayed Road.
Entry-level studio and 1-bedroom apartments in emerging suburban hubs start from AED 500,000 to AED 650,000. Mid-tier waterfront residences in MBR City or Dubai Islands begin around AED 800,000 to AED 1.2 million, while ultra-luxury residences and sky penthouses scale above AED 7.5 million+.
Azizi typically structures sales on balanced construction-linked models—most commonly 50/50, 60/40, or 70/30—requiring a 10% to 20% booking deposit, periodic installments during build phases, and the remaining 30% to 50% balance due upon project handover.
Key project clusters span Meydan / Mohammed Bin Rashid (MBR) City, Dubai South (near Al Maktoum International Airport), Al Furjan, Downtown Jebel Ali, Al Jaddaf / Healthcare City, and Sheikh Zayed Road.
Yes, all Azizi residential developments sit in designated 100% freehold zones open to all foreign nationalities. Property acquisitions totaling AED 2 million or above qualify buyers to apply for the 10-Year UAE Golden Visa.
